Request for refunds must be in writing stating players name, mailing address, age group, team name and phone number.
If the player has received a uniform, the uniform MUST be returned before any refund is processed. Confirmation of uniform return must come from the team manager.
Application for refund must be processed through the Registrar firstname.lastname@example.org
and copied to the Age Group Coordinator(AGC), listed under Club Contacts.
For U11 Development to U18 players, no refunds will be processed after June 30th. Exceptions will be considered in the case of "season-ending" injury or illness (supported by a Doctor's note), or when a family is moving out of West Vancouver.
For U5 to U10 players and U11 house (interlock) teams, no refunds will be given after Thanksgiving.
There will be a $50.00 Administration Fee deducted from refunds after teams have been formed. Late fees are non refundable.
Please note no refund will be given if a player is chosen for a WV team, accepts the place on the team and then decides not to play in West Vancouver.
No refund will be issued if the application is received after the end of the season.
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card. If you paid by cheque, the cheque will be issued by the Club bookkeeper. Credit card refunds are issued on or around the 15th and 1st of the month.
