If the player has received a uniform, the uniform MUST be returned before any refund is processed. Confirmation of uniform return must come from the team manager.

Application for refund must be processed through the Registrar registrar@westvansoccer.com  and copied to the Age Group Coordinator(AGC), listed under Club Contacts.

 

For U12 to U18 players, no refunds will be processed after June 30th. Exceptions will be considered in the case of "season-ending" injury or illness (supported by a Doctor's note), or when a family is moving out of West Vancouver.

 

For U5 to U11 players, no refunds will be given after Thanksgiving.

There will be a $50.00 Administration Fee deducted from refunds. Late fees are non refundable.

 

Please note no refund will be given if a player is chosen for a WV team, accepts the place on the team and then decides not to play in West Vancouver.
