- Coach - job description as on page 5 of the handbook under "documents" on the website
- Asstcoach - as above
- Manager - as above
- Divisional coordinator - to assist the age group coordinators to assign players to teams as directed from tryouts (U12 - U18). To place all bronze players on teams.To attend monthly Board meeting.
- Peewee coordinator (one for boys, one for girls) - to work with and oversee the age group coordinators (U5 toU10) to place players on teams following the peewee player placement guidelines. To attend monthly Board meetings.
- AGC - age group coordinator will place players on teams in line with the peewee player placement rules (U5 to U10), at U11 - U18 work with the Div coordinator to place bronze players on suitable teams. All age groups to liaise with managers and coaches throughout the season. Appointee position
- Intermediate coordinator - to work with the Head coach, and the Board to place players appropriately at the U11 and U12 age groups. One for boys, one for girls and may alternate attendance at Board meetings with the other int. rep.
- Coaching committee- a committee comprised of experienced coaches where ideally at least one of the number is female. To work with the Head coach and the Club team coaches to troubleshoot any problems. The Head of the coaching committee must be a Board member.
- Tournament director - to oversee the running of the WV Kinsley Woo in March. This position may be filled by an appointee (no Board meetings)
- Awards night - to put together and run the Club's Awards night in May. This would suit someone who had some computer knowledge to produce a powerpoint presentation and is very detailed orientated. An appointee position
- Photo Day coordinator - Oversees the photoday for all teams in October. Appointee position
- Gym coordinator - to work with the School Board and teams to assign gyms where requested to U7 and U8 teams
- 5 District Rep - to attend all Girls 5 District meetings and report back to the Board. Would suit someone who has a daughter in the U13 to U18 age groups. Appointee position.
- 4 Disrict Rep - to attend all Boys 4 District meetings and report back to the NSYSA Board. Would suit someone who has a son in the U13 to U18 age groups. Appointee position.
- Treasurer - this person must have some accounting or bookkeeping skills to produce a budget, maintain the Clubs financial records, and write cheques. Must attend Board meetings
- Secretary - to attend Board meetings, take down the minutes, transcribe the minutes and distribute to the Board members.
- Tryout coordinator - one for boys, one for girls - attends tryout committee meetings and compiles information from the website on who has registered and paid for tryouts. One of the two must be a Board member.
- Uniform and Equipment Director - to order equipment and uniforms when needed, to oversee the filling and maintaining of the field boxes. Oversees the distribution of uniforms and equipment to teams.
